CIRILLO, President Judge Emeritus:

¶ 1 Dr. Stephen Barry Scher, M.D., appeals from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Susquehanna County. We reverse.

¶ 2 This case arises from the June 2, 1976 shooting death of Martin Dillon, which occurred at "Gun Smoke," a hunting camp owned by the Dillon family. Dillon was killed as a result of being shot in the chest with Dr. Scher's sixteen-gauge shotgun.
