Robert and Patricia McBride appeal an order dismissing their complaint for damages against Walla Walla County. They argue the court erred by excluding a police expert's declaration in support of their motion for partial summary judgment. The McBrides also contend the court erred by granting the County's motion for summary judgment on the basis that there was probable cause to arrest Mr. McBride as a matter of law. We affirm.
