In this action for damages arising from a motor vehicle accident, the plaintiff, Tammy Alford, appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of the defendants, Jo-Mac Supply Company of Arcadia, Inc. ("Jo-Mac Supply") and its insurer, American Central Insurance Company ("American Central").
