[¶ 1] Gordon Geyerhahn appeals from the summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Mills, J.) in favor of the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company ("USF & G") and Benefit Trust Life Insurance Company ("Benefit Trust").
