¶1 This case comes to us on interlocutory appeal. The district court granted appellee Leigh A. Maret's motion to compel the deposition testimony of appellant Jane Doe's counsel from a prior case involving a divorce and custody dispute ("prior counsel"). The sole issue for review is whether appellant waived the attorney-client privilege with regard to communications with her prior counsel. We affirm but modify the district court...
