¶ 1 Appellant/Plaintiff, Diane McGee appeals from the judgment entered May 28, 1998 in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in favor of Appellee/Defendant, the Pennsylvania Assigned Claims Plan. Appellant presents the novel issue of whether an injured party, otherwise entitled to uninsured motorists benefits under the Assigned Claims Plan,1 75 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 1751-1757, forfeits her rights to those benefits...
