Last term, in State v. Milette, 702 A.2d 1165 (R.I.1997), we vacated the decision of the trial justice that the defendant, Sean E. Milette (Milette), lacked standing to challenge the search of an automobile in, which he. had been driving at the time of a lawful traffic stop. On remand, we directed the trial justice to conduct a suppression hearing in order to determine the admissibility...
