The State requests a review of the trial court's ruling that granted the motion to suppress. We reverse and remand.

On March 31, 1998 the State filed a bill of information charging Jason Cook, Sean Griffin, Garland Payne, Charles Rhodes, and Clifford Nicholas with possession of 200 to 399 grams of cocaine, a violation of La.
