Defendant, Brad Blank, was charged by bill of information with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine greater than 200 grams but less than 400 grams (Count 1), a violation of La. R.S. 40:967 A(1) and La. R.S. 14:24, and possession of methamphetamine greater than 200 grams but less than 400 grams (Count 2), a violation of La. R.S. 40:967 F(2)(b) and La. R.S. 14:24.
