¶ 1 This action originated in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, when Linda L. Hopper (Linda) filed a Motion for Modification of Support and Motion for Order to Show Cause for Contempt. After a hearing held in April of 1995, the District Court modified the parties' child support obligations and ordered that Elvin E. Hopper (Elvin) pay $352 per month for support of the parties...
