Joseph Tuminello and Ronald Brody (appellees) sued Anglo American Auto Auction Management, Inc., and Dealers Auto Auction of Sanford, Inc. (appellants), alleging fraudulent misrepresentation. The matter went to trial and the jury returned a verdict in favor of appellees...
