This is an appeal in a possessory action instituted by plaintiff, Bartholomew Harris, against Arletta Henderson, the administratrix of the Successions of Frances Taylor and Juanita Hicks ("the Successions").1 After a trial on the merits, the trial court rendered judgment dismissing plaintiff's suit with prejudice. For the following reasons, we vacate the trial court's judgment and remand.
