Robinson appeals from the circuit court's order, which denied his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He argues that retroactive cancellation of his provisional credits or administrative gain time after revocation of his probation/control release violates the ex post facto clause,1 and that if they were properly credited, he is entitled to release from prison.
