Baldwin Sod Farms, Inc. ("Baldwin") appeals an order evicting Baldwin and directing the clerk to issue a writ of possession to appellees, Hugh D. Corrigan and James P. Corrigan, Jr., as co-trustees of the Patricia Corrigan Grantor Reserved Income Trust and the J. Pat Corrigan Reserved Income Trust ("Corrigan").
