SALCINES, Judge.

Edward Mycoff appeals his conviction for first-degree, premeditated murder. He asserts that the trial court erred when it denied his motion for judgment of acquittal, refused to allow evidence of the victim's past acts and character to be admitted into evidence, and denied his motion to suppress statements made to law enforcement officers. We affirm.
