Nelvin James Mosley and Gwen Mosley, individually and as the parents of Erica Mosley, appeal from a summary judgment that they take nothing against the Beaumont Independent School District, Thom Amons, and Otilia Urbina. They brought this suit against a teacher, a principal, and the school district when their daughter and a male student were briefly suspended after the male student touched their daughter's leg in class...
