Plaintiffs filed this action against several defendants for damages allegedly caused by construction work on a neighboring lot. One of the defendants, Patricia Michelot Rabalais, filed a motion for summary judgment. The trial court ruled in favor of Ms. Rabalais and rendered judgment dismissing plaintiffs' claims against her. Plaintiffs appeal from that judgment.
