Magic Valley Truck Brokers, Inc. ("Magic Valley") sued a former employee, David Meyer, for breach of a noncompetition covenant in his employment contract. Magic Valley also sued Meyer's new employer, Continental Truck Freight Brokers, Inc. ("Continental"), for tortious interference with prospective business advantage and tortious interference with contract.
