Plaintiffs appeal from the dismissal, after a bench trial, of their complaint seeking enforcement against defendants of a reciprocal restrictive deed covenant which provides in pertinent part that "no outbuildings of any kind or character ... shall be erected upon any lot," based on the trial court's finding that this restriction had been abandoned or modified in the immediate vicinity of defendants' home...
