This is an appeal by Bradley Kryla (defendant or Kryla), who was found guilty of the brutal murder of Sherry Roy (Roy) in a cemetery in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. In his appeal of a judgment of conviction of first-degree murder, the defendant alleged two errors by the trial justice: the denial of his motion to suppress his videotaped statement to the police and the denial of his motion to pass the case.
