Nadir and Nafisa Khambaty (the Khambatys) appeal the trial court's order of dismissal which the trial court entered pursuant to a previous order granting Gerald E. Lepine's motion to dismiss for failure to comply with Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.070(j).1 Because we find that the Khambatys effectuated service of process in accordance with rule 1.070(j), we reverse....
