Defendant, Mark Johnson, appeals from the trial court order denying his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Crim. P. 35(c) and from the trial court's addendum tothat order. He also appeals the sentence imposed upon resentencing after his termination from community corrections. We do not address defendant's claims regarding the trial court's original order, but reverse the addendum order...
