We granted a writ filed by the Caldwell Parish School Board (the "Board") to determine whether the Board's failure to notify an assistant principal of non-renewal of her initial employment contract at least 120 days prior to that contract's termination requires the Board to offer her a new contract. After reviewing the record and the applicable law, we reverse the holding of the court of appeal and hold the Board is not required...
