Arthur Redmond and his wife, Joan Redmond, appeal from a judgment denying their request for declaratory and injunctive relief as to the status of certain lots, namely, Lots 18 through 25, on a platted subdivision, as shown on the "Hoiles Replat of Climes Addition to Josephine, Ala."
