¶ 1. This is a pro se appeal from the DeSoto County Circuit Court's dismissal of a motion to vacate and set aside sentence filed by Herbert House.

¶ 2. On September 2, 1987, House was indicted by the DeSoto County grand jury for the murders of his wife, Betty House, and her lover, Anthony Henson. After House shot the two victims, he put the gun in his own mouth...
