In this appeal, we consider whether two claimants seeking unemployment insurance benefits were terminated for "just cause," within the meaning of the disqualifying statute. The Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board found that claimants exercised poor judgment, but that the employer did not have just cause to fire them, as they had not engaged in wilful or wanton misconduct.
