ABDEL-HAMEED v. AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE

No. 98-2295.

733 So.2d 1157 (1999)

Mohammad Fathi ABDEL-HAMEED, M.D., Appellant, v. AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION, etc., Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

June 25, 1999.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard A. Simon of Rissman, Weisberg, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue & McLain, P.A., Orlando, for Appellant.

Kathryn L. Kasprzak, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

DAUKSCH, J.

This is an appeal from an order suspending appellant's license to practice medicine, which suspension was stayed provided appellant successfully complete a probation period. The punishment, light as it is, is fully supported by substantial competent evidence so we affirm the order. Because both parties agree that appellant should not have had costs assessed against him, we vacate that portion of the order.

AFFIRMED as modified.
