The primary issue on appeal is whether Pittsburgh Steelers Sports, Inc. (Employer) is entitled to a "dollar-for-dollar" credit against the compensation owed to Ray Wallace (Claimant) for a $65,000 lump sum injury settlement that Employer paid Claimant. Because it is, the decision of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) is affirmed in part. A second issue is whether Employer unreasonably contested the work-relatedness of Claimant's injury...
