¶ 1. Ricky Earl Robinson was convicted of burglary in the Circuit Court of Coahoma County. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to a term of life imprisonment without parole. Feeling aggrieved of the judgment against him, Robinson appealed and assigned the following issue as error:
