{1} On April 8, 1999, Henry Lynn Bryant, a 51-year-old man with moderate mental retardation suffered a stroke. He was admitted to Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, where he was treated for two weeks before being transferred to the nursing facility at Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital.
