Warren Technology, Inc. ("plaintiff") appeals the entry of summary judgment in favor of Hines Interests Limited Partnership ("defendant") in a trade disparagement action. We affirm.

The plaintiff manufactures "Zebra" air valves which regulate air flow in air conditioning systems. These air valves were used in a specific line of air conditioners which were sold to the defendant, a developer and manager of numerous office buildings throughout the...
