Appellant, Frank Geldreich, appeals from two separate convictions and sentences after two jury trials. In the first trial, he was found guilty of three counts of sexual battery with force, one count of sexual battery with a threat, and kidnapping of victim G.F. In the second trial, he was found guilty of attempted sexual battery with force, and kidnapping of victim K.B., along with possession of cocaine, in an incident which occurred the day after that...
