United Automobile Insurance Company ["United Auto"] invokes this Court's discretionary jurisdiction under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.030(b)(4)(a), to appeal a final summary judgment in an action to recover personal injury protection ["PIP"] benefits.
