Appellant, Alan Froman, sued appellees Rowena Kirland, her husband, Robert Kirland, and their corporation, Autohaus, over an alleged partnership agreement from which Froman was excluded. Froman eventually voluntarily dismissed Rowena when faced with her motion for summary judgment.
