MICHOL O'CONNOR, Justice.

Gerald Grant, the appellant, sued Stop-N-Go Market of Texas, Inc., the appellee, for false imprisonment and defamation. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Stop-N-Go. We reverse and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
