¶ 1. This is an appeal from a judgment of divorce entered in the Chancery Court of Marion County dissolving the marriage of James Dunaway and Nonniel Dunaway. Mr. Dunaway has appealed solely on a number of matters relating to the financial aspects of the chancellor's judgment. We conclude that certain matters raised in the appeal have merit but that other issues do not warrant relief; therefore, we affirm in part and reverse and...
