DIXON W. HOLMAN, Justice.

A jury convicted and sentenced Appellant Walter Roy, also known as Eddie Dwayne Moore, after finding him guilty of two counts of attempted murder and two counts of engaging in organized criminal activity. Appellant contends that (1) the court should not have denied his motion for a mistrial because the jury heard evidence of his extraneous offenses and unfairly tried him for being a "bad person" rather than for the crimes...
