¶ 1. Ola Lee Hall was convicted in Lowndes County Circuit Court as a habitual offender for grand larceny. Hall was sentenced to serve a term of five years incarceration without the possibility of parole or early release. Additionally, Hall was ordered to pay a fine of one-thousand dollars. Hall now appeals the trial court's final judgment of guilt and asserts that he was denied effective assistance of counsel. The statement of the issue...
