¶ 1. Ola Lee Hall was convicted in Lowndes County Circuit Court as a habitual offender for grand larceny. Hall was sentenced to serve a term of five years incarceration without the possibility of parole or early release. Additionally, Hall was ordered to pay a fine of one-thousand dollars.
