This case arises out of a criminal prosecution for child molestation. The victim of the alleged molestation was evaluated and treated at Southlake Center for Mental Health ("Southlake"). Two employees of Southlake, Ms. Joan Wolford and Dr. Judith Themer, a social worker and clinical psychologist, respectively, were listed as witnesses for the prosecution. Bailey served subpoenas...
