In the Circuit Court of Itawamba County, Rickey Dewayne Fikes was indicted upon two counts, the first being possession of cocaine with intent to sell and the second being conspiracy to sell cocaine. On January 28, 1998, he was convicted on both counts and sentenced as an habitual offender pursuant to Miss.Code Ann. § 99-19-81 (Rev.1994) to terms of thirty years on count one and twenty years respectively to run concurrently...
