Spruce Creek Development Company of Ocala, Inc. ["Spruce Creek"], appeals a final judgment in favor of Wilma and William Drew ["the Drews"], arising out of a head-on motor vehicle accident killing one driver and permanently maiming the other, Mrs. Drew.
