Plaintiff Lucillia Montigue Hewitt appeals the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of defendant Allstate Insurance Co. The trial court judgment was based on a finding that the homeowner's liability policy issued to defendants Melvin and Cynthia Corley (hereinafter "the Corleys") excludes coverage for damages sustained by Ms. Hewitt when her minor son, Jamar Montigue, was shot and killed by the Corleys minor son, Jeremie Corley.
