The primary question raised in this appeal is whether an order partitioning land evenly between appellee Bill Looney and appellant heirs of Joe Looney, Sr. (hereinafter "Looney heirs"), and appointing three commissioners to determine whether partition is possible or whether the land should be sold is a final order.1 The second chancellor considering this issue concluded that it was.
