Dawne Butler Prudhome appeals her conviction by a jury for fraudulently possessing or attempting to possess a controlled substance by using a fraudulent telephonically communicated prescription. TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 481.129(a)(4)(C) (Vernon 1992 & Supp. 1999). The trial court assessed her punishment at 25 years imprisonment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions.
