PER CURIAM.

The state appeals from an order granting the defendant's motion to dismiss his aggravated stalking charge. We reverse.

The defendant and his wife were separated. During the pendency of contested divorce proceedings, the circuit court issued a domestic violence injunction after the defendant attempted suicide.
