BBS Norwalk One, Inc. ("BBS") sues Steven Nicholas Bunzl ("Nick") and Raccolta, Inc., a company wholly owned by Nick, for aiding and abetting a breach of fiduciary duty by BBS's officer, Hugo Bunzl.
