STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Mark Sales brings this permissive interlocutory appeal pursuant to Indiana Appellate Rule 4(B)(6) from the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress. The State charged Sales with three counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, as Class C and Class A misdemeanors.
