¶ 1. On August 29, 1996, Roy Colenburg was indicted for the unlawful sale of crack cocaine. After a trial by jury on October 14, 1996, the jury returned a verdict of guilty and sentenced Colenburg to serve a term of thirty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
