McCaw Cellular Communications of Florida, Inc., a Washington corporation, d/b/a AT & T Wireless Services ("McCaw") timely appeals a judgment on a jury award to Roger Kwiatek of $1.3 million, based on Kwiatek's claims of handicap discrimination.
