{1} This interlocutory appeal arises from the trial court's order granting Defendants' motion to set aside an offer of judgment made pursuant to Rule 1-068 NMRA 1999. Plaintiff Daniel Fuller raises one issue on appeal: whether the trial court erred in granting Defendants' motion to set aside the offer of judgment.
